Born from three merged plots, Achrafieh Tower occupies a prime intersection linking several of Beirut's prominent districts. Situated within architecturally diverse urban fabric, the mixed-use building balances the city's traditional identity with its contemporary evolution.
The massing unfolds in gradually ascending tiers, responding to surrounding scales. By sequentially subtracting volumes and repositioning them atop in smaller increments, a sculptural tower of setbacks emerges.
At ground level, an urban piazza with passage, café, and retail strip engages the neighborhood. A geometric podium maximizes the footprint for nine upper floors while integrating a refurbished 1930s building.
Green outdoor spaces formed by interlocking volumes create vital breathing pockets, planted terraces of varying sizes offering quality spaces with stunning views.
