Located in Sinai, Industrial Campus serves a large industrial complex. Positioned adjacent to main factory buildings, it embraces an enclosed planning approach, pushing service buildings to the site's periphery to form a protective enclosure for an oasis within the harsh desert environment.

The design fosters community among workers and teachers, encouraging them to work, study, train, and rest within a single restorative environment. Spanning over 36,000m², the campus features low, interconnected buildings ranging from two to four stories, linked by bridges.

A network of internal courtyards and squares forms the master plan, landscaped with reflecting ponds as the project's 'Central Park.' Environmentally conscious strategies include passive cooling, thermal mass, and solid façades to mitigate heat gain.

Above all, the objective of the design is to create a communal environment that benefits workers mentally, spiritually, and physically, a space they long to return to.
