Skylife is a residential project with a robust modern design at the heart of Palm Beach Jumeirah, Dubai, overlooking the Arabian Gulf. The design spans the entire width of the plot, creating a simple iconic building that embraces the sea and the Dubai skyline. The driving idea behind this design is to provide an efficient and spacious range of modular apartments and sky-villas, each overlooking the sea from both sides, complemented by generous terraces and suspended gardens.
Situated atop a landscaped podium, the building is surrounded by an expanse of greenery. The entire seafront edge of Skylife’s green podium is lined with private townhouses, each with its own garden and dedicated parking. The podium, with its extensive landscaping and careful shading, includes an impressive 200-meter infinity pool, offering residents a variety of outdoor activities along with the tranquility of a suspended botanical garden.
The building’s expressive structure applies gentle curves where verticals meet horizontals, subtly softening the scale and perception of the outdoor terraces and breaking up the rigid orthogonal geometry. As Skylife rises, its remaining apartments and sky villas—with their roomy single and double height interiors—provide uninterrupted sea views and large landscaped terraces. At the pinnacle of the building, the rooftop park offers sweeping 360-degree vistas of the Gulf and the Dubai skyline from the shade of its dense panoramic garden.
