Located in a quiet internal street of Chelmsford city, 30 min away from London, and at a walking distance from the town center, the building is conceived to be a peaceful living heaven for professional city commuters escaping the busy London day.

Twelve efficient flats are located on three floors. Each comes with a sizable allotment garden terrace, open to the sky and protected from the surrounding by a skin of translucent glass.  Two special penthouses duplexes are located on the top floors.

As part of the initial brief, a full floor basement, with 5m clear height and an independent entrance is made to be a congregation space for a fraternal organization.
